| Peggy has
been a consultant with Iwasan Consulting since 1989. Her 10 years experience
with Revenue Canada (now CRA) as a Tax Interpretations Officer providing
rulings has provided a strong base for assisting companies in CRA programs. In
1992 Peggy became a partner in Iwasan Consulting and the focus of the company
moved exclusively to handling Scientific Research and Experimental Development
Tax Credits. Since then, Peggy has prepared and managed hundreds of SR&ED
applications for Iwasan's clients with an emphasis on customer service.

| Chris was
employed with Revenue Canada (CRA) for six years between 1983 and 1989. He
began his career with the department's Taxation division. At the time he left
the department to join Iwasan in 1989, he was employed with the Excise division
as a Tax Interpretations Officer. Upon joining Iwasan he worked primarily with
manufacturing firms across Canada assisting with the recovery of overpaid
taxes. Since 1992, Chris has been a partner with Iwasan and his focus has been
evaluating, preparing and managing SR&ED claims for Canadian
clients. |

| Shaun is the
technology manager for Iwasan's clients. In this capacity, Shaun manages the
technical evaluation and report writing services for Iwasan's clients. As well,
Shaun represents Iwasan's clients in their dealings with the CRA science
advisors. He has a strong scientific background, with his expertise in the area
of biology. Upon completing his Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology at the
University of British Columbia in 2002, Shaun has been involved in numerous
fisheries studies and co-authored reports in this field. Shaun also brings with
him extensive experience in the forest industry, especially in the areas of
forest engineering and silviculture. |

| Rowda holds a
Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Materials Engineering from the University
of British Columbia (2003). As a Technical Consultant, she brings to Iwasan
industry experience in research and development, technical analysis and project
management. In assisting clients with their SR&ED projects, Rowda will also
contribute her strong communication, technical writing and organizational
skills. Since 2003, Rowda has worked as an analyst in the information
technology sector, and assisted clients in both the public and private sectors
with their information management requirements. |

| Lara is a
technical consultant managing the technical evaluation and writing process for
Iwasan's clients. Her scientific expertise is in the area of food technology
and nutrition. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition and Health
from the University of British Columbia (2004) and is registered as a member of
the BC Food Protection Association. Since 2003, Lara has worked as a food
safety and quality assurance inspector in numerous food-processing plants. She
has successfully prepared clients for food safety audits with a special
emphasis on procedural development for HACCP Recognition by the Canadian Food
Inspection Agency (CFIA). Her expertise in dealing with government agencies
will assist in dealing with CRA on Iwasan's client's applications. |

| Helen joined
Iwasan in 1996 to handle bookkeeping and administration. Helen is an efficient,
dedicated member of the Iwasan team and keeps the operation running smoothly.
She is also here to assist Iwasan's clients wherever possible. |

J. Richard Green, P.Eng., BASc., MASc.
Richard is an independent consultant contracted by
Iwasan to evaluate projects; write technical reports; rebut science reports
from CRA and represent Iwasan at science meetings. He holds BASc Mechanical
Engineering (1966); MASc Mechanical Engineering, (1970) and he has been
registered as a professional Engineer since 1968. Mr. Green has extensive
experience over the last 38 years in a wide variety of mechanical engineering
projects. He holds several patents, the first in 1975 and the most recent
issued in 1998. Mr. Green has been successfully preparing SR&ED technical
reports since 1986. His education, extensive industry experience and SR&ED
knowledge covers most areas of mechanical engineering and machine design with
special emphasis on the integration of microcomputer technology and machinery.
Mark Krebs, B.Phys, MSc
Mark Krebs is a contract writer
of software and high tech reports for Iwasan. He is president of Logovision
Wireless Inc. www.logovisionwireless.com and CTO of Movidity Inc.
www.movidity.com and
the inventor and developer of an alternative transmission model for video
streaming to mobile clients. Mr. Krebs has an honours degree in physics from
the University of Toronto. He also has a masters degree in computer science
from Carnegie-Mellon. Mr. Krebs has had over 20 years of industry experience
with companies that have developed successful new systems, in the areas of
office automation (Kurzweil Computers, Boston); Bell Labs; real time graphic
simulation (Ferranti-Packard), video and LCD (liquid crystal display) mass
retailing systems (Telepanel). Mr. Krebs is the author of three patents in the
area of structured, multimedia document indexing and text retrieval, and three
in the area of true multipoint-to-multipoint, packet-based video
telecommunication; one in IP-based video transmission; 16 patents pending in
mobile video transmission and digital video and audio codec optimization. Mr.
Krebs was also a member of the CATA Alliance Working Group (1999-2000) which
re-defined Revenue Canada's Software Guide IC 97-1 for SR&ED
claims.
Robert Jenkin,
BSc, CGA
Robert Jenkin,
independent accountant, has been a CGA since 1989. He combines an extensive
background in cost accounting, several years Controller experience, and
knowledge of computerised accounting systems, particularly in the technology
and service sectors. For the past four years he has consulted extensively on
SR&ED tax credits, working through the accounting aspects of the claims
from fieldwork, to detailed costing and documentation, preparation and filing
of the requisite forms and representing clients at CRA reviews. Robert has a
great enthusiasm for filing SR&ED claims and maximizing the amount
successfully claimed with careful respect for the CRA
guidelines.
Kevin
Turnbull, CA (Turnbull & Company, Chartered Accountant)
Kevin is an independent CA and
economist. Kevin's firm prepares the financial submissions for Iwasan's
SR&ED claims in Canada. Kevin has an extenisve background in corporate
accounting, SR&ED claim preparation, as well as
economics.
